Dear Mr. Sims, We are sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience with Globehunters. Further checking the details of your reservation, we have found that the booking acknowledgment was sent to you at the very same time when you had completed the payment online. This email is a receipt to let you know that your booking has been confirmed, successful and awaiting ticket issuance. You have also been given your Payment Invoice along with the ATOL Certificate just after the Booking Acknowledgment has been sent. Since ticket issuance is a manual process and has to be sent by the airline, sometimes it might take 24hrs to get the ticket issued. We have also made this clear in our Terms and Conditions. British Airways and American Airlines have a code-share agreement for some routes. This is common practice among airlines where-in they share their flight numbers with each other to be able to service routes they don’t directly cater to or have limited capacity. You have booked a code-share flight where the flights are marketed by British Airways and the operating carrier is American Airlines. Therefore, the e-tickets we’ve sent you have American Airlines flight details on it. However, we would like to apologies if this might brought any confusion to you.We hope this addresses your concern.
