Hi Mr Abu Kamal Wahab. We are really sorry to hear all these. Based on the feedback from the customer team this ticket was initially booked as basic economy without luggage. We had some issues with your original booking so we re-issued the tickets once again. As a goodwill gesture we gave you standard economy and that normally includes 1pc check-in luggage. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Wishing you a safe and happy trip!
