Charging customers extra charges after booking and paying for the ticket is absolutely unfair and I think is a scam

Stressful but ok in the end.
Booking became stressful because initially it did not include baggage when it should have been. Had to call a few times, when it was dealt nicely, before it was sorted.

Avoid at all cost. Waste of time
Extremely bad. Almost close to a scam. They make sure you dont see the details of the ticket and force the cancellation on you to get 50£ deducted from refunds. Never again
