Misleading on price.
Prices are quoted without clearly setting out basis. We booked economy but did not realise that did not include bagage. Additional £700 for baggage to be added.

We would like to highlight that we advertise flights as distributed to us by the Global Distribution Systems, which are communicating with theofficial airline availability of flights.
Therefore, we cannot produce any flights that do not exist and this is something which we do not have control with.

Rude customer service, hidden fees!
Train your customer service people not to speak over the customer and not to come out with hidden charges after payment had been made for additional items such as baggage!!!!

Booked tickets, didn’t realise there was no luggage had to pay extra. 3 weeks later and still not received any confirmation or tickets. Called to enquire and keep being told 10 days but still nothing

Ive had no receipt, ticket /confirmation of my flight
