Speed not all that was promised.
I have paid for a 50 Mbps service - I rarely get anything like that speed. It's usually around 30 Mbps.
Also, when my cable was installed, they never kept a map showing the routing of this cable....

Very satisfied with Gigaclear’s fibre broadband service.
Up and down speeds are always at the level in my contract, and 99% reliable.
I usually receive a text when there is an unplanned outage, before I’ve even noticed.
Problems fixed quickly.

Poor customer service, staff in the Indian subcontinent unable to properly address the issues I rang up about. Phone lines crashing when I'm talking to them.
