Generally sound
The service is generally sound but they are very shy about when it is not good or fails....
And those failures are certainly not reflected in the invoicing...!

Could do better
Replying to correspondence, dealing with issues raised, as well as providing the speeds I pay for would be a starter.
That said putting it in to perspective on a scale of awful service and poor...

pretty good but too expensive!
The service when it is running is good but too expensive. Too many break downs for which they send E-mails that I can not read because I have no internet.

Good service, reliable speed, would recommend.
