Poor bandwidth&wifi are the weak links, not good value at £49/month
Improve the bandwidth and wifi so the “high speed broadband” stops dropping out, you are only as good as the weakest link in the chain. £49 is not good value for unreliable connection

Very good dependable service. Even when it (rarely) goes wrong customer service is fast and effective. Light years ahead of BT

I am subscribed to the 900mbps service and the speeds are generally in line with that. Service is good and downtime is minimal - planned maintenance is during late night hours to minimise disruption....
