not strong enough
The refuse truck when lifted the bin then split the bin on the 4th time So I have a broken green bin

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your wheelie bin. I can see from our records that your bin was purchased nearly 2 years ago and so unfortunately I am unable to replace under manufacturer warranty. We do encourage our customers to contact us immediately should any problems arise and we will always endeavour to rectify the issue immediately. Best regards.

the split happened about 6 months ago also the lid secure buttons were all ways loose, so not happy with the green bin that was delivered. regards M Shannon .

If you want a new bin get wheeliebins
I would recommend get wheelie bins.Even with vat included the price of the wheelie bins are very reasonable.also the carriage is free and delivery is very prompt I would buy from them again and...

Rubbish Delivery
The bins were picked up, as requested (after being left for a week) - so all fine there. But then, the bags were not collected again this week. So, we effectively have no collection service.

Hi! Thank you for taking to time to leave feedback however I think you may have mistaken GetWheelieBins with another company as we only sell wheelie bins, we do not offer a waste collection service. I do hope, though, that you manage to sort this out with whoever it is that does provide you with this service. All the very best
