No renewal notice given

I didn't get any notification or email to say my policy was renewing, I only knew it renewed because I saw the payment taken from the account, a courtesy email would have been appreciated

Very impressed that the cost had only gone up slightly which was why I renewed with the company and even more impressed to get a 10% discount.refunded.
