Thank you for your reply. The thing that had upset us was that we really needed the service as we have children that needed special requirements adding to the will and I had lost my job the week before the appointment. Your advisor new this at the time of the appointment but still felt it was appropriate to really push for the extra service and costs knowing that money was tight. Really felt that it was just a salesman after extra commission.

Rip off

I found the initial meeting fine. When the will came it wasn't very aesthetically pleasing for the money.. The charges for storage are extortionate... Regret ever having made the choice to use this...

So far so good!

Very quick and efficient but we will only really know how good the service is when we try to amend our wills in the future or when our daughters need to use the probate legal service after our deaths.
