We are very sorry you feel this way. The item was delivered to you with some damage to a shelf. We addressed this immediately you reported it. We offered you a discount or replacement part. You opted for a replacement part, which was immediately dispatched. This was all addressed for you on the same day you reported the issue. We are not sure what more we could have done to resolve this for you, but please accept our apologies again.

We are so sorry about this. Our delivery partners had spoken with you on the Friday afternoon and said they would contact you shortly to advise delivery date. You then left this review Monday, only 1 working day after they had spoken with you last. I believe delivery was organised by around 10am on the Tuesday morning. We are very sorry this took more than 1 working day to organise, but I do believe this is now resolved.
