I haven't had a need to make a claim through FLIP, but the process of applying for and renewing the service is quite simple, and communications from the company are thorough.

Easy to understand website and very happy with the auto renew
Called because I got hung up on the application process regarding non-food related products. Sat on hold waiting for an operator for almost an hour to spend 2 minutes getting my question answered.

I simply asked someone to send me a copy of my badge 4 or 5 times as I can't figure out how to access it and I haven't gotten it or even a response
