The initial 90-minute delay was due to air traffic control restrictions at Tenerife Airport, and we’re sorry that this was not clearly communicated by the crew at the time. This is something we will address with them. The flight was able to make up approximately 40 minutes of the delay, and we hope this shorter delay at the start of your holiday did not impact your time away.
