FlyDirect Değerlendirmeler

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that you had issues in using our website and had to contact the team to rectify. We do hope that this doesn't deter you from using FlyDirect on another occasion

Thank you for your review, we hope to see you on a future trip with FlyDirect soon.

We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience at check-in, particularly as we understand how important assistance arrangements are. We can confirm that the wheelchair assistance request and booking information were sent in advance, and as both passengers were on the same booking this should have been recognised by the airport handling team (Swissport.) We will investigate this further with Jersey Airport to understand what may have gone wrong, and we do hope that despite this experience we may have the opportunity to welcome you on board again in the future.

Thank you for your 5 star review
