Thank you for the 5-star review and choosing us!

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the disappointment caused by the delay to your bags, which was outside of our control. Further to the email sent to all affected clients on Monday, our team have been helping a number of people in tracking their baggage. We are aware that a number of bags arrived into the Isle of Man yesterday and are currently being distributed, and the remainder are due to arrive later today. You are welcome to contact me directly via rebecca.larsson@citravelgroup.com if you require any further assistance.

Thank you for your review and coming back to us!
