Thanks for the recommendation! We have found dealing with thousands of customers that the best way to resolve issues is either through email, TeamViewer remote support session, or live chat on our website. If you have any questions we would be more than happy to assist.
I bought the router so I could manage my NORD VPN, but the instructions didn’t work and I got no response from customer service.
