Well the product could actually arrive. That would be helpful. I ordered 2 lots to be sent to 2 different addresses and neither have arrived.

Hi Caroline, apologies for this. I can see that your orders were placed over the Easter break and we dispatched them on our first day back on the Tuesday. Looking at the tracking, they are showing as being due for delivery on the 12th. I will chase up Australia Post to inquire and send you an email to confirm. Apologies again for this, when it comes to delivery we are unfortunately at the mercy of Australia Post, but I will get to the bottom of it and ensure you receive your pods asap. Thanks -Michael

Slower than anticipated delivery but it was over easter. Excellent communication and now that the pods are here - we have just enjoyed a cup and I can highly recommend. Lovely flavour. And the little treat included too! Yum!!!
