I seriously will never buy Nespresso coffee pods again. Express pods are so smooth to drink, had my baileys today for the first time Devine, I will Be definitely ordering again.

Your site makes it easy to order. Delivery was quick and when I asked for a copy of receipt your reply was almost instant. I am enjoying the pods. no need to buy Nespresso anymore.

Hi Heather, sorry to hear you are having issues with the pods. The reason we specifically ask which button you are using is because our pods are designed to be used with the short shot button. Using the long shot button can cause extended extraction times on our pods, as the long shot is designed to be used with specialty lungo pods (different coffee grind to allow for a faster extraction). Therefore, this is the first thing we need to establish when troubleshooting an issue. I hope this makes sense.
I can see that you have emailing with Courtney about this and she has replied to your latest email on Thursday asking for some more information to investigate. Please reply to that email as we would very much like to solve your issue and ensure you are happy. Thanks -Michael
