They sent me the wrong product; they were supposed to replace it on Friday, but no one showed up. Today, no one's home, and the driver calls to say he's at the door to replace it... he can't leave...

We're truly sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced — this is not the level of service we aim to provide, especially to a valued customer who has trusted us for years. You’re absolutely right to be frustrated. The substituted delivery, the missed replacement on Friday, and the poor timing of yesterday’s attempt all reflect a breakdown in our process.
