I booked a hotel in Cambodia through expedia and when I arrived it was unavailable. Expedia's response to this was along the lines of 'sorry that happened'. I wont rely on expedia again.

I've a;ways booked thru expedia.com. I think they should have a reward program or points we can accumulate and use for our future visits. eg. complimentary upgrade to next category of room,
