Maybe like educating/introduce your staffs to a city/country/near by hotels/ attraction/ foods/retails will impart useful info and knowledge to sales staff which upgrade their service rendering to clients and increase sales or defer them to competitors. Not every staff has the change to visit places.Can be done in meeting-presentation or thru a write-out email with pictures- don't bore your staffs.
