Good at signing up, not very quick service in responding on matters.
In the beginning John and Brittany were very helpful, efficient and great customer service. but the call line has quite long and slow waiting times and not very efficient but they are helpful.

I think Employsure is great but the downfall we have experienced is the length of time it takes to get things sorted, It can take 1-2 days to hear back about something than could be another 1-3 days...
