I’m still waiting for my awning so I really can’t say if I’m satisfied with it product. Ask me when the awning is installed. It’s been 2 months since the order was placed. Is this normal?

We spoke with Pike Awning Co., your local dealer. It sounds like your installation is very unique in design, causing several trips and causing the delay. They plan to make their final installation visit this week. Sorry for the delay you have experienced. Larry

We installed the awnings just before winter so haven't used them yet.
Worked well with our timing for installation. The two installers were experienced and the installation went well. Operating instruction was good.
