Quick refund
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my hotel, due to the pandemic. My refund was in my account 3 days later, Thank-you Ebookers!

Booking could be a bit easier/
Booking is fairly easy, unless you want to book multiple rooms or add a service that you'd forgotten to add. Only thing I could do was cancel the booking and remake it.

Very quick and easy to use. Got a great member deal which was considerably less than other sites. Also used my member bonus which was really straight forward.
