I would like to clarify my previous comment For one it is not the staff members or the manager at the root of the problem The root stems from the corporate office of this company The staff do not have the proper tools to properly do there job. They are also very handicapped in ordering and transferring items from other stores. In result it makes for very limited stock and a lot of confusion on which items are available. Also with the very limited staff allowed in a store it makes it very difficult to have items delivered or picked up. The staff allowed should be the decision of the manager and not the head office who may have stepped into the store once since it opened. I hope this clarify things because the staff at 590 is very helpful and does what they can within there means. If anything Danielle and Celine go out of there way in helping myself and other customers and deserve recognition for this.
