With regards to the deposit, unfortunately we have no control over this amount as they are issued directly by the Supplier. Should all be in order with your rental, your deposit held will be released within 03-07 working days.

We have looked into your enquiries submitted and can confirm that your original request was with an International Supplier who's pre-requisite is for a Passport and International Licence to be produced.
Our apologies if this was not clearly explained by your consultant and we have explained to her how important it is to provide the reason behind the request.
We are delighted to see however that another colleague assisted you in booking a vehicle with a different Supplier.
As an online Booking Agent we are always sourcing better valued deals for our clients. In this we have been able to secure 1 x cross border letter and 1 x additional driver free of charge with this second Supplier we had confirmed for you. These extras are automatically added to each booking and carries no additional charge to our clients.
These perks are also printed in the Rental Includes and your Car Rental voucher.
