We completely understand how concerning this must have been when relying on the case to keep medication at the correct temperature while travelling. After you contacted us, we looked into this with the supplier, who advised that if the thermometer probe is not hanging completely freely, this can affect the temperature reading shown on the display. We shared this guidance with you in the hope it would be helpful, but also fully understood that your confidence in the product had been affected, particularly with your travel plans so close.
