Mr Patel we are disappointed that you feel our customer service warrants this review and that you continue to raise comments so long after the cancelation of your arrangements. Whilst we were very sorry to hear of your families circumstances it is a condition of booking that customers take out adequate travel insurance which offers cover for such and any losses you may have can then be claimed from them. We do not believe that this is a reflection of our service having only directed you to the correct process.

Hi, I understand and no it was not along time just two days after booking and it took you very long time to confirm after me chasing you for a reply.
Also, i in turn was comparing and commenting on your approach with respect to that of the other organisations service.
