Hello Duncan, we can see from your records that you agreed fully to the booking details before paying the deposit. Once a reservation is made, we commit money to our suppliers so cancelation fees become effective, we do not have a cooling off period. You were happy to make your own arrangements to return from Gatwick and several options were to be looked at. We are sorry that you appear to have based what is included, ie transfer, upon your previous experience with another tour operator. We will however assist you with anything you require to ensure you do not continue to feel that we have, as you say, dumped you, since this is not the case at all. Please contact us via the normal channels if we can help further.

I was easy to book online and all documentation was received as promised.
I was happy with service received as I booked online and documentation was received as stated. My holiday is not until 2022 and so far I haven’t needed to contact or try to contact Destination2....
