Hello Ms Price, we are sorry that initially the supplier for your hotel would not refund under these circumstances. They are not obliged to. However, we can see that our customer service team have pursued this and now achieved better outcome. They will be in touch via normal channels to advise you. I have now been informed that a refund will be organised. I am grateful this has been pursued and this has impressed me following an initial disappointment, thank you to the team. We travel frequently and I would use Destinology again following this outcome.
