Mr Crownshaw since you booked online you will be aware that the information available comes from the supplier. If there is inaccuracy we will need to investigate with them and this must be formally in writing. It took me less than 24h to get a response in writing from the hotel, unfortunately i am unable to reduce my rating lower than 1 star, but I would if it was possible.
