The order was confirmed on 27th by email and we will resend this actual email so you may see that it was provided. Perhaps it was filtered to your junk mail. We would like to think that in view of this, your comment or rating will be amended. The second email sent was done so in response to your enquiry and dealt with inside the normal timescales by our customer service team. Had there been more urgency required, we could have been contacted by telephone and we are sorry this was not done.

I received the order confirmation email on the 27th which stated the booking would be confirmed in 72 hours by telephone call or email. There was no further confirmation until I contacted your customer service dept who then sent the booking documents after the check in date.

Please email your enquiry to our customer service team who will assist if you are unable to get through on our sales line. Since you made your booking online, they will address anything you did not clarify before booking.

Best price I could find.
This company who I have used before were the cheapest I could find.
I thought they only did long haul but now on their web site short haul as well.
