My wife and I have recently visited Mauritius and we had a double superior booked ,but we’re given a room with three single bed,completely unsatisfactory and not to our liking.
We are considering cancelling the upcoming scheduled visit to same establishment from you if we do not receive a satisfactory explanation.The hotel concerned is Casuarina.

Hello Mr Bagoban, once again we repeat that we find no communication from you including the other booking you now reference. This is not the domain to raise complaint so please do so via the normal channels for us to investigate in accordance with our booking terms. However, we should advise that in the absence of having informed us of your room situation whlst in resort at the time, this has denied us opportunity to help you then and avoid any impact to your holiday.

Imagine after a long flight,all you want is a shower and a bed to rest ,by the next morning after having unpacked the night before one lose the will to packed again for a move .
