I couldn’t be more disappointed.. I totally wasted the booking cost on a truly terrible place and you couldn’t be less interested

Mr Webb this is not the case on our part and our emails to you in resort advise what actions we can take to assist you and which we will continue to do so to achieve an outcome for you. We are very sorry for your disappointment in the property but, as you should be aware from our booking terms, we are only the booking agent and have no responsibility otherwise for the arrangements.
