Decorative Mirrors Online Değerlendirmeler

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. Although we do state in our delivery notification that delivery is only to the ground floor, we do clearly understand your issue here.
That aside, you should have been contacted by Fragilistics via multiple text messages and an phone call before delivery, so we will be talking to them to see why this agreed procedure was not followed on this occasion.

We are really sorry for your inconvenience but glad to hear that you were happy with the quality and standard of your mirror.

Many thanks for taking the time to give us your review of Decorative Mirrors Online! We are really pleased that the mirror reached you quickly and efficiently.

Thank you very much for your feedback and your extremely valid comments with regard to the one man delivery service for such a large and heavy mirror. Although we do state in our delivery notification that it is a one man service, we clearly accept your point here. Our focus over the last couple of years has been to find the most caring and reliable delivery company and although Fragilistics do a fantastic job, they unfortunately do not currently offer a two man or "white glove" service. We are in constant discussion with them over this and your feedback is therefore very valuable. So sorry that we caused you such inconvenience, but pleased to hear that the mirror is a success. Many thanks again, Mark.
