Relief & happy now
They where fantastic. Friendly, caring & understanding. Explained everything to me from the start. Very helpfully. Even if I had a dumb question they where very helpful & answer straight away.

Extremely Understanding

Would not recommend at all
Customer service, Knowing all of the extra cost before hand, answering questions that have been asked!

I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service. I believe that you are most upset with the international charges that your credit card charged you when you paid out your debt agreement early.

Those international fees that your credit card charged you were not from us, but they were from your credit card.

As soon as we called them they were very prompt in getting our debt in hand. On finalising it early they were extremely helpful. Thank u Simon & the rest of the team.
