This is an unusual review, if you have been unhappy in any way with the service or products you can contact us and get a refund. I have looked at your account. You are based just a mile or so from us and could easily come in and replace the item or get your money back. I can see no reference on your account that you have called us, been unhappy with the serivce or product, until now, or that we have "failed" any friends of yours? The goods were despatched on the same day that you ordered them, as described on our website and at the price shown.
