Great Service
I was impressed by the follow up to my enquiry: I requested a 09.30 callback and Jo rang at 09.30!! She also researched flights as promised and got back to me very promptly. So far, so good.

very good apart from the fact that getting hold of the agent was sometimes difficult due to 'outages' when she was working from home . When i did make contact she was very helpful.
