Charles Tyrwhitt Değerlendirmeler

It's fantastic to see that every aspect of your purchase was a positive one, from the first click on the website through to receiving your items. Thank you so much for sharing the good news with us.

Thanks for leaving your feedback with us, and I'm sorry to hear that this shirt was not what you expected. After taking a look at the item online, it does not state in the images or the product features that this shirt has slots for studs. For example, when checking our bib front shirt, it states in the product features "Extra button holes for occasion studs". I'm also unable to find a conversation with our team which includes a query of whether or not this shirt accepts studs. Nevertheless, please do return anything to us that you're not 100% happy with. Although this is a fantastic white shirt general I understand that it was not quite what you had in mind when ordering. If you'd like to send it back to swap for something else or a refund, please head on over to: https://charlestyrwhitt.returns.international/pro

I'm sorry to hear that you've not received your items yet, despite the tracking information confirming a delivery. Would you be so kind as to please check with any neighbours that they have taken the parcel for you in your stead? Once it's confirmed that the parcel is not hiding in a "safe location" around the property or with a neighbour we will be more than happy to look into some replacements for you. If you'd like to see the tracking information, please use the "where is my order" link at the bottom of our website.
