We're very sorry indeed to hear that your order hasn't arrived, which is understandably frustrating and disappointing. We 100% share those feelings, as we hate to see our customers being let down in any way whatsoever. Thank you for getting in touch today to report on this, so we can assist and put things right. Sadly, the parcel is now well overdue and from the tracking, the indication is that it might well be being 'returned to sender' by USPS - as it was received back in New York today, after being in your local USPS facility for around 10 days. We'll be in touch shortly to let you know what will happen next, and to provide any support you need.
