This is such a shame to read! A very high yarn count is a key part of the material used for our shirts as, the higher the yarn count, the better quality the material, however, the shirt in question will be harder to care for and more susceptible to creasing than lesser quality garments constructed from materials with lower yarn counts. To combat the crease-factor, steam iron the shirts while they’re still slightly damp from the wash and avoid tumble drying. There’s also advice on our online help pages concerning ironing a shirt in order to keep it crease free all day long. Of course, we’d welcome you to return this shirt to us and we’ll look forward to receiving it and issuing you with an exchange order accordingly.
