Coverdrone Değerlendirmeler

Thank you for your review. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We know that claims are one of the most important aspects of any insurance policy. Supporting our customers when something goes wrong is central to what we do, and our in-house claims team works closely with policyholders to help resolve claims as quickly and fairly as possible. Our approach to claims has also been recognised by the industry. In 2023, Coverdrone was named Best Insurer at the Modern Claims Awards, reflecting our commitment to supporting customers through the claims process. While we hope you never need to make a claim, please know that our team is here to help if you do. Happy flying, The Coverdrone Team

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to comment, and we're sorry to hear that you're frustrated with how we communicate with you. Coverdrone is an English-speaking business, and we don't currently have any Italian-speaking staff. However, we recognise the importance of providing information in the language the customer wants to use. That's why we've made our website, quoting system, and policy documents available in Italian (and several other languages) to make the experience as accessible as possible. We certainly don't want any customer to feel ignored or let down, and we're very sorry if our communication gave that impression. You can contact us at any time via email, web chat, or our social media accounts in your own language. We appreciate your feedback; it helps us identify areas where we can improve as we continue to grow and support customers in all countries and languages. Thank you again for your honest feedback. Many thanks, The Coverdrone Team
