The cover wasn’t sufficient for the rental.

Website is easy and great for lower price rentals, what I didn’t realise or be made clear to me is that the cover has to cover the value of the car, not just the excess

As we work on a non-advised basis, we make all information and cover levels apparent to our customers to ensure they make an informed choice. By proceeding to purchase the policy means you are happy the policy is suitable for your demands and needs. We provide cover for both circumstances, as we can provide an excess only policy or we have the additional extension of the CDW cover if this has not been provided by the rental company.
