Hi Brendan, We've heard from various sources that some rental companies will tell our customers that the insurance policy they have with us isn't valid for the rental. Typically, this is a scare tactic used by the rental company to try and force customers into buying their cover. You are our customer, and we do not work with the rental company - they do not need to accept our policy. Aslong as you make them aware you are happy with being held liable for the excess, there would be no issue. Kind regards, Charli.
