I was very happy with the ease of buying this insurance , I did have a query so I emailed the customer service and got an answer back the next day, I found them very efficient .

Professional in approach. One tip, when you get holiday insurance, make sure you tick for gadgets. Covers mobiles etc. Otherwise, not insured. Read small print.
