Not a very good start

On viewing my bank account I still see that the previous insurer has deducted this months premium which you people were going to handle the cancellation of.

Hi John, we can certainly see why you've left your previous insurer if that's how long it takes for them to action customer requests. We've sent another request to them to get this sorted. Be sure to let us know if this doesn't get them moving and get your old policy cancelled asap.
