After our conversation you mentioned that your wife had read too many scary books and had scared herself. The location of the property is clearly shown on our advertisement which does state “in a fairly remote setting accessed along an unadopted track”. We find the location of the property is a positive for many customers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the mainland. The width of the lane has not previously been an issue as the lane is 4.5 meters wide at the smallest point. We have checked the TV in the bedroom which is currently working correctly.
