Thank you so much for taking the time to send us your feedback. Our customer's comments are so important to us, as they allow us to constantly monitor and modify our services where possible.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience whilst trying to obtain Boat insurance with us. This is not the high standard of customer care and efficiency that we pride ourselves on. I have spoken to the Supervisor of the Leisure Department, and he is going to arrange a member of our team to contact you so we can understand fully what has happened.
