The goods were delivered before expected time

Good delivery service but 1 bulb was damaged but still works so decided to keep it. The glass edge was slightly broken

I am really impressed. I gave a feedback and mentioned the damage on one of the bulbs but was not complaining and decided to keep it as it still worked. Collectibles took note and are very kindly sending another bulb. Not often customer setvice and satisfaction is given at this high level. Thank you

The first candle came and was broken after a quick telephone call and emailing phones I in time for my partners birthday received a replacement much better packaged very professional and polite...

Excellent customer service!

I bought an electric wax burner and a bulb to go in an existing one. When I put the bulb in it’s went out right away so emailed the company and got a new one out with no quibble.
