Chums Değerlendirmeler

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the size 8 wide-fit shoes did not meet your expectations. I understand your concerns that the shoes felt both too narrow and too short in length, making them difficult to put on comfortably. We appreciate that a wide-fit shoe should provide adequate width and depth, and it is disappointing that this was not your experience. Your suggestion about showing the internal shoe dimensions is very helpful, and I can see how this information would make it easier for customers to choose the most suitable size and fit. I will ensure your comments regarding the fit and product information are shared with the relevant team for review. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We value your comments and the opportunity to improve our products and customer experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to hear that you found the Pegasus Cotton Chino Trousers to be well made and good value for money. However, I am sorry to hear that the fit was looser than expected. I understand that the baggy fit affected the overall appearance and meant the trousers did not look as smart as you had hoped. Your comments regarding the fit and styling have been noted and will be shared with the relevant team for review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your balanced feedback, as it helps us improve our products for future customers.
